These communications may be delivered via email, phone, or SMS depending on the contact preferences provided.
Users who consent to SMS communications may receive messages related to coverage options, account confirmations, reminders, and promotional offers. Message frequency may vary based on account activity and inquiry status. Standard message and data rates may apply as determined by the user's mobile carrier.
To opt out of SMS communications at any time, users may reply STOP to any received message. Opting out of SMS will not affect the receipt of essential account-related communications delivered via email.
